Golem

Golem are dual-type Pokémon. They are both Rock-type and Ground-type Pokémon. They were first introduced in Generation I. They evolve from Graveler upon trading. They are the final forms of Geodude.

Their Alolan counter forms are also the final form of Alolan Geodude. They are both Rock-type and Electric-type. They are found living in the mountains.

Characteristics

Golem is tortoise-like Pokémon. They have spherical bodies and are covered with shells or green rocks. Their bodies are so hard that even dynamites cannot make scratches on them. Their head is at the center of their shell.

They weigh around 300 kilograms or 660 pounds. Their Alolan form weighs a little more, around 316 kilograms or 696 pounds. They are 1.4 meters tall, and their Alolan forms are 1.7 meters tall. Their heads possess a flat snout.

They also have two pointed teeth in their lower jaw and a pair of red eyes. Their arms are short and have three claws. Their legs are heavy and have four claws in front and one in the back.

Golems grow bigger each year by shedding their skin once a year. Their discarded shell hardens and crumbles away. However, as Golem grow older, their shells stop shredding, and moss grows on top. Their shells are hollow.

They can withdraw their limbs and head in their shell and roll around at high speeds. They are very dangerous when rolling around as they may easily crash into anything in their path.

In Alolan regions, Golem has much shorter forearms and has two claws. Their feet also have only two claws. Their bodies are like magnets that attract iron sand. This black sand gives them a new look.

They appear to have a mustache, eyebrows, and a large beard. They have two large black rocks on top of their head. They are cannon-shaped.

They have three golden dots on the inner side. The rocks prevent them from rolling around at high speeds. Their rocks are electrically charged and can cause serious damage with the slightest touch.
