Tentacool

Tentacool is dual-type Pokémon. They are water-type and poison-type Pokémon. They were first introduced in Generation I. After that, they evolve into Tentacruel, starting at level 28.

Characteristics

Tentacool is a small, jellyfish-like Pokémon. They have light blue bodies. They weigh around 45.5 kilograms or 100 pounds and are 0.9 meters tall. They have two red, transparent, large crystals on each side of their body and one in the middle.

There is a beak-like, pointed projection near the base of their bodies. They have two eyes with tiny pupils. Two gray-colored tentacles are protruding from beneath their round lower bodies. They have a cape-like formation on their backs. They have a slow leveling rate.

Tentacools’ bodies are made up of 99% water. The remaining 1% is made up of organs that produce poisons. They absorb sunlight and refract it using the water in their bodies. The sunlight is then converted to beam energy. This energy is used for attacking their enemies.

Their tentacles are laced with stinging cells. They control other Pokémon they touch with their tentacles. Their tentacles can quickly regenerate. Tentacool is not very strong swimmer.

They travel from one place to another by using ocean currents. Their poison is so potent that once they attack a human, the only chance of surviving is if they are immediately rushed to a hospital.

They search for food while traveling. They sometimes wash up on shores and shrivel up because of dehydration. It does not make them weaker; they can revive themselves by being thrown back inside the sea.
