Squirtle

Squirtle shoots water at prey while in the water, and it withdraws into its shell when in danger.

Squirtle is a Pokémon from Generation I. It is a water-type Pokémon. It starts as Wartortle when it is at level 16. It then changes to Blastoise when it gets to level 36.

Squirtle is one of the three starter Pokémon, including Bulbasaur and Charmander. They are available at the beginning of Pokémon Red, Green, Blue, FireRed, and LeafGreen.

Characteristics

Squirtle is a small Pokémon that looks like a sky-blue turtle. It usually walks on its two short legs, but it also ran on all fours in Super Smash Bros. Brawl.

Squirtle has big eyes with a purple or red color and sticks out on the upper lip. The fingers and toes of the Squirtle have three points. It has a long tail with a wholly rolled end.

Squirtle is covered inside a rock-solid shell, which develops and strengthens as it grows up. The shell is two-colored. On the top, it’s brownish, and on the bottom, it’s yellow. A thick white line divides the two halves of the shell. This shell is handy for Squirtle. It provides a protective layer and helps you to sleep peacefully inside. The shape of its groove also allows it to swim faster in water. Squirtle can fire water from its mouth with perfection. Squirtle doesn’t live in the wild. You can find it around small ponds and lakes.

The anime has shown that you can find it living on islands. It lives with members of its kind. Skull Bash was a signature move of Squirtle previously.

Although Squirtle is gentle enough, there are larger animals that may prove dangerous. The most dangerous predator of Squirtle is Sharpedo.
