Poliwrath

Poliwrath is dual-type Pokémon. They are both water-type and fighting-type Pokémon. When Poliwhirl are exposed to Water Stones, they evolve into Poliwrath. They are one of Poliwag’s final forms.

Characteristics:

Poliwrath is blue-colored Pokémon. They weigh 54 kilograms or 119 pounds and are about 1.3 meters tall. They have a spherical body and muscular arms. They are excellent fighting type Pokémon.

They have big eyes that protrude from the top of their heads and make them resemble frogs. In addition, their bellies are covered with black and white swirls. These swirls are the most significant feature of the Poliwag Pokémon line.

Their hands have white glove-like skin, and their bodies are entirely made from muscle. They have zero percent body fat, which is why Poliwrath are never tired mid-fight.

Their muscles play a huge role in how they are seen as powerful Pokémon. When Poliwrath swim, they use all the muscles in their body to swim large distances without breathing a lot.

Furthermore, they can also run on the water’s surface for a short time. They are world-class swimmers. They also know martial arts. Their square punches are capable of crushing boulders into dust.

They are used as an example when children are learning to swim. They are the most gifted swimmers in all water-type Pokémon. They are rarely seen in the wild and usually live on drylands near water edges. Their Alolan forms are strong enough to use the breath stroke while swimming.
