Poliwhirl

Poliwhirl is water-type Pokémon. They were first introduced during Generation I. Poliwag evolved into Poliwhirl at Level 25.

They further evolve into Poliwrath when exposed to water stones and Politoed when they are traded while holding a Kings Rock. They prefer to live in Ponds and Freshwater lakes.

Characteristics:

Poliwhirl is blue-colored Pokémon. They have spherical bodies with two legs and two arms. Their eyes extend at the top of their heads. They almost resemble frogs. They have black and white swirls that cover their bellies.

The black and white swirls are their organs showing through their transparent and thin skin. This swirl gets more prominent after the Poliwhirl eats. They have white glove-like covering on their hands, and their feet do not have claws or fingers.

When Poliwhirl is out of the water, they excessively sweat to keep their body wet. It helps them remain healthy. They weigh about 20 kilograms or 44 pounds. They are 1 meter tall.

They can stand on their feet. Their leveling rate is medium-slow. Their species are 50 percent and 50 percent female.

Staring at a Poliwhirl’s belly can cause drowsiness. Their skin covers itself in an oily fluid which helps them escape enemies. Poliwhirl has few enemies. They feed on bug-type and fish-type Pokémon.

They eat their food underwater, even when it is captured above land. Their swirl is used to make children fall asleep. Their sweat is filled with slimy mucus when their enemy captures them. Then, using the swirl on their belly, they use their skin to escape or put their enemy to sleep.
