Vileplume

Vileplume are dual-type Pokémon. They were first introduced in Generation I. They are both grass type and poison type Pokémon. Gloom evolves into Vileplume when they are introduced to a Leaf Stone.

Oddish’s final forms are Vileplume and Bellossom. As they evolved from a Moon Stone, they are not found in the wild. They mostly live on grassy plains.

Characteristics

Vileplume are big Pokémon weighing about 19 kilograms or 41 pounds and is about 1.2 meters in height. They have a distinct indigo color. They have slightly developed hands and feet. Vileplume has a small mouth, and their head and body are joined together.

They have a very big red flower on their heads. It is covered with five petals and an orange-brown center portion in the middle. Vileplume’s flower reportedly has the largest petals in the world.

These petals are so heavy that Vileplume can sometimes not support their weight. These petals are red and have white spots all over them. Female Vileplumes have larger spots on their body as compared to male Vileplume.

Vileplume’s appearance often leads them to be mistaken for wildflowers. They can release pollen from their petals. They can release this pollen by shaking themselves or bursting their petals.

They also have toxins inside their petals. The larger the petals are, the more toxins they contain. Every step that Vileplume takes releases a little bit of pollen. The toxin of Vileplume is very allergic to humans and very poisonous to other Pokémon.

They use their toxins to paralyze other Pokémon to prey on them. They also utilize their large red petals for their signature petal dance moves.
