  This Pokémon cannot be asleep. This causes rest to fail altogether. If a Pokémon is asleep and acquires this ability, it will immediately wake up; this includes when regaining a lost ability upon leaving battle. This ability functions identically to insomnia in battle. Overworld: If the lead Pokémon has this ability, higher-levelled Pokémon have their encounter rate increased.

Characteristics

Vigoroth is a white sloth-like Pokémon with two legs and a red hair tuft in the shape of a teardrop on its forehead. Its eyes are enormous and surrounded by brown rings. It has short ears, two small, triangular teeth in each jaw, and a brown lower jaw.

There are two brown stripes on its back. It has long arms and two pointed, black claws on its hands and feet. There are circular pads on the underside of its hands and feet, and its back also has a red patch. There is thick fur on its jaws, tail, and chest.

The heart of Vigoroth beats very quickly. It cannot remain still for even a minute. It gets irritating when it tries to sleep or stand still. Vigoroth enjoys breaking things by spinning its arms. It runs freely in the forest. It is always hungry.
