Ekans

Ekans is a Pokémon from the first generation. It is a type of poison. It turns into Arbok when it reaches level 22.

Characteristics

Ekans is a Pokémon that has a purple body and yellow stripes. It also has three stripes around its neck and a line going from each eye to its nose. This Pokémon does not have teeth, but it can still bite you. If you are bitten, it will hurt for a short time, but there won’t be any venom.

Ekans live in grassy places where it moves through grass. It can also be found in forests and deserts, which eat eggs from Pidgey and Spearow nests. By flicking their tongue out, Ekans can feel danger and smell prey. Ekans can eat lots of food. But if it eats too much, it might not move or could get stuck and faint. Usually, it sleeps in trees to sleep at night. Sometimes, it can wrap itself around to sleep anywhere to defend itself from all directions. In the second movie, Ekans is shown to be good at swimming. Its old signature move was called Glare.
