    • Moxie

This Pokemon's Attack rises one stage upon knocking out another Pokemon, even a friendly Pokemon. Heracross

Generation

Heracross belongs to Generation II. The Megahorn played its unique part in Generation II.

Type

Heracross Pokemon has two types, Bug and Fighting.

Evolution

Heracross can Mega Evolve into Mega Heracross using the Heracronite. However, it cannot evolve into or from any other Pokémon.

The Mega Heracross is more significant than its final form. Its head, hands, and shoulders now have thin orange marks. There is also an orange half-circle symbol over its eyes. It now has a long, sharp, curved nose. Its back is now totally yellow without wings.

The horn on its head is much more giant now, with a simple spike with two smaller front spikes. Its antennae are now longer and without tips. The forearms of Mega Heracross are thickened with no spines. Because its body temperature is high, this Pokemon opens its shells to remove heat.

Characteristics

Heracross has a blue beet-like body with two feet. There is a long, sharp horn on its forehead. Males’ horns form a cross, while females’ horns form a heart shape.

There are two short antennas with a round tip on each side of the horn. Heracross has oval yellow eyes. It has a pair of spikes at the wrists and a single point on each thigh. Its hands have two claws, and each foot has a single long nail. In the 3D games of Poke Ball, it has a single pair of wings covered by elytra.

Heracross’ claws help with standing and climbing trees. It hunts for food by smelling it using its two antennae. It eats tree sap and lives in forests. They can also dig a hole in the ground. It fights with its enemies for food using its horn. The Heracross can throw objects that are 100 times their size.

Like in the anime, Heracross fights for food with Pinsir and others. In the same episode, Heracross also allows Butterfree to eat trees after eating its meal. Because of their rivalry with Vikavolt, Heracross is friends with Pinsir in Alola. It also sucks gum from grass-type Pokémon such as Bulbasaur. Heracross roams through forests, searching for sweet nectar. Although it boasts incredible physical strength, it’s not good at flying
