Pokémon Description

This Pokémon uses its round tail as a float. The ball of Marill’s tail is filled with nutrients that have been turned into an oil.

Even after Marill swims in a cold sea, its water- repellent fur dries almost as soon as Marill leaves the water. That’s why this Pokémon is never cold.

Marill

Japanese: マリル Maril

Marill pokemon has two types, water, and fairy. It belongs to generation II. Marill belongs to only water-type before generation VI.

It evolves from Azurill with the help of high friendship and becomes Azumarill at level 18.

Characteristics

Marill pokemon looks like a small rodent. It is round and chubby with a blue body and white belly. It has large circular ears red inside. Its ears are very sensitive and can hear sounds from long distances. It has short arms and legs without any fingers.

It has a thin black tail with a zigzag shape, and a blue circular ball is attached at its tip. This tail is very flexible and could stretch long. The ball on its tail is like a buoy and helps it keep afloat. It lights up bright when Marill attacks.

In anime, Marill is seen bouncing with the help of its tail. Marill is an excellent swimmer. It can swim against heavy water flow easily with the help of its water-proof fur. Marill eats plants and fish in the ocean. When it goes into the deep water, the ball attached to its tails stays afloat on the water’s surface.

It hangs upside down on the branches of a tree with the help of its tail while fishing in the running water. It never feels cold while swimming in the cold water because it has water-resistant fur. Marill lives near water streams.
