This Pokémon cannot have its accuracy lowered. This ability does not prevent any accuracy losses other than stat modifiers, such as the accuracy cut from fog; nor does it prevent other Pokémon's evasion from making this Pokémon's moves less accurate. This Pokémon can still be passed negative accuracy modifiers through heart swap. Overworld: If the first Pokémon in the party has this ability, any random encounter with a Pokémon five or more levels lower than it has a 50% chance of being skipped.

When this Pokémon is confused, it has twice its evasion.

Pidgeot

Initially introduced in Generation I, Pidgeot is a dual-type Pokémon with a Normal and Flying ability. From level 36 onward, it evolves from Pidgeotto. This is Pidgey’s most advanced form. Through Mega Evolution, Pidgeot can become Mega Pidgeot.

Characteristics

This Pokémon has strong wings, sharp claws, and a slender beak. Cream underparts and wing feathers complement a glossy brown plumage. A crest covers almost as much of its head as its body. Its crest has yellow center feathers and red outer feathers. Similarly, its tail feathers are red or brown. It has three toes facing forward and one facing backward on each foot. The eyes are marked with a black angular line.

It spreads its wings to intimidate enemies and can create wind storms with just a few flaps. It has the ability to fly faster than sound. Skilled Trainers like its plumage. Its former signature moves were the Gust and Feather Dance. Typically, the Pidgeot lives in temperate forests under dense trees. From great heights, it can spot Magikarp, which it preys on in great numbers.

In Mega Evolution, Pidgeot grows noticeably larger. Its tail feathers and wing tips turn cyan, and its cream color becomes white. Its pupils and eyes turn white and magenta. In comparison, Mega Pidgeot has a much more elaborate head crest, with a magenta plume extending from a yellow mane. The feather of its crest on its front turns magenta. With the help of its crest, Mega Pidgeot’s flight is stabilized as it senses air. In addition, it can fly without rest for two weeks due to its increased wing power.
