Static

Whenever a move makes contact with this Pokemon, the move's user has a 30% chance of being paralyzed. Pokemon that are immune to electric-type moves can still be paralyzed by this ability. Overworld: If the lead Pokemon has this ability, there is a 50% chance that encounters will be with an electric Pokemon, if applicable.

Hidden Abilities

Lightning-Rod

All other Pokemon's single-target electric-type moves are redirected to this Pokemon if it is an eligible target. Other Pokemon's Electric moves raise this Pokemon's Special Attack one stage, negating any other effect on it, and cannot miss it. If the move's intended target also has this ability, the move is not redirected. When multiple Pokemon with this ability are possible targets for redirection, the move is redirected to the one with the highest Speed stat, or, in the case of a tie, to a random tied Pokemon. follow me takes precedence over this ability. If the Pokemon is a ground-type and thus immune to Electric moves, its immunity prevents the Special Attack boost.

  I'm feeling lucky!

Pichu

Japanese: ピチュー Pichu

Pichu is an electric-type Pokémon. It’s a baby Pokémon belonging to Generation II. It evolves to become Pikachu when leveled up with high friendships.

Pickachu further develops into Raichu when it is exposed to a Thunder Stone.

Characteristics

Pichu is a very small Pokémon who likes to live on the ground. It is a rodent-like Pokémon with pale-yellow hairs. It weighs only 2 kilograms or 4.4 pounds and is 0.3 meters tall with a Medium Fast leveling rate.

It has black marking on the tip of its tail, ears, and collars. It has pink cheek pouches which can store some electricity. Its nose is almost invisible and looks like a small black dot.

Although Pichu has four legs, it can easily walk on two feet. Pichu is social Pokémon and is famous for its playfulness. It likes to stay in groups and often touches its tails with other Pichu to show courage.

It generates electrical sparks that can make them cry. Pichu is very good at storing electrical energy. It releases this stored energy when it’s very happy or gets a shock. However, it also shocks itself to completely discharge the energy.

It charges itself with the help of thunderclouds or by staying dry for days. It can use its electricity to shock humans. Only Pichu and its evolved form can use the Volt Tackle move.

It lives in forests but is also found in urban areas. They also have an alternate form called Spiky-eared Pichu. This form is female-only and has three spikes on the tip of the ear.

Everything else about their appearance is the same as Pichu. It has appeared in anime in the form of groups.
