Dragonair

Japanese: ハクリュー Hakuryu

Dragonairs are Dragon-type Pokémon. They were first introduced during Generation I. They evolve from Dratinis starting at Level 30. They further evolve into Dragonites, starting at Level 55.

Characteristics

Dragonairs are long, snake-like, or serpentine Pokémon. They have a sky-blue body with scales and white undersides. They have a rounded snout and oval, purple eyes. They also have a small horn on their forehead.

Each side of their head has a small, stylized wing with white curves swirling at its base. There are three blue crystal orbs on their body. Two of them are on their tails, and one is around their neck. They weigh 16.5 kilograms or 36.4 pounds. They are 4 meters tall with a slow leveling rate.

They emit a gentle aura that provides them with their mystical appearance. They can make their wings grow larger when they want to fly. They can store a large amount of energy in their body. They can discharge this energy by the crystals around their necks and tails.
This causes their body to brighten up and give a different aura. This can also change the weather in the area. They have been referred to as the divine Pokémon since ancient times by farmers.

They are very rare Pokémon and live around pristine lakes and seas. The lakes they inhabit are filled with offerings by people. It is also said that if a person sees a Dragonair at the start of a year, they will be healthy all year long. Outrage used to be their signature move in the past.
