Dratini

Japanese: ミニリュウ Miniryu

Dratinis are dragon-type Pokémon. They were first introduced during Generation I. They evolve into Dragonairs starting from Level 30. They further evolve into Dragonairs at level 55. They can be found living underwater.

Characteristics

Dratinis are snake-like or serpentine Pokémon. They have a blue body with white undersides. They have three white fins on the sides of their heads. They have a white bump on their forehead. The bump is their small horn which is always glowing.

They have a round, white snout and oval, purple eyes. They are very small Pokémon. They weigh around 3.3 kilograms or 7.3 pounds. They are 1.8 meters tall with a slow leveling rate. They shed their skin from time to time. Their species are 50% male and 50% females.

Their life energy is constantly building up. They are always growing and can often reach up to the height of over 6 feet. As they continue to grow with time, their skin shedding becomes frequent to fit into their new skin.

They hide behind a rapid waterfall while they are shedding their skin. Their skin can be used to create luxury products like boots. They live a very quiet, underwater life. They eat anything that sinks to the bottom of the ocean. They were initially thought to be a myth.

However, a colony of Dratinis has been found living underwater. They were discovered by fishermen that spent over 10 hours trying to capture them. They have often been referred to as the “Mirage” Pokémon. In the past, Outrage used to be their signature move.
