This effect includes non-damaging moves, i.e. thunder wave.

Jolteon

A sensitive Pokémon that quickly becomes sad or angry. Every time its mood changes, it charges power.

Jolteon is Electric-type Pokémon. They were first introduced during Generation I. They evolve from Eevee when they are exposed to a Thunder Stone.

They are one of Eevee’s final forms. Other final forms of Eevee include Vaporeon, Flareon, Umbreon, Espeon, Sylveon, Glaceon, and Leafeon.

Characteristics

Jolteon are mammalian Pokémon. They are covered in yellow fur and have a spiky fringe around their tails. In addition, there is white ruff around their necks. They weigh around 24.5 kilograms or 54 pounds.

They are 0.8 meters tall with a Medium Fast leveling rate. They are mostly males, with only 12.5% of their population being females. They have four legs to move around. They have large, pointed ears with black interiors. Their eyes and nose are black. Their legs are slender, with three toes on each foot and a pink paw pad.

Their prickly fur is made from electrically charged needles. Their fur generates a sparkling noise as Jolteon moves. They also have electricity-generating organs in their lungs. The static electricity in their fur amplifies the low-level electricity that is being generated by their cells and allows them to discharge 10,000-volt lightning bolts.

As a result, they are quick on their feet and move around fast during battle. They are often found living in cities and towns under the ownership of a trainer. However, their high-strung nature and their mood swings make it a tough Pokémon to train, and only skilled trainers can train Jolteons to their full potential.
