All other Pokémon's single-target electric-type moves are redirected to this Pokémon if it is an eligible target. Other Pokémon's Electric moves raise this Pokémon's Special Attack one stage, negating any other effect on it, and cannot miss it. If the move's intended target also has this ability, the move is not redirected. When multiple Pokémon with this ability are possible targets for redirection, the move is redirected to the one with the highest Speed stat, or, in the case of a tie, to a random tied Pokémon. follow me takes precedence over this ability. If the Pokémon is a ground-type and thus immune to Electric moves, its immunity prevents the Special Attack boost.

Seaking

Japanese: アズマオウ Azumao

Seakings are water-type Pokémon. They were first introduced during Generation I. They evolve from Goldeens starting at Level 33. They are found living in rivers and streams.

Characteristics

Seakings are orange and white Pokémon. They look like fish and have round, dark eyes. Their lips are very prominent, with two small fangs. They have a cream-colored horn located at the center of their forehead.

The horn on a female Seaking’s forehead is smaller than males. Most of their body is orange with white patches under their mouth and underside. There are several black markings on their body. There are two thick lines under each eye and a wavy patch on their backs. There are several speckles near their tails.

They have swelled fins on their side and a pair of tail fins shaped like butterfly wings. Their tail fins have black speckles, but their back fins are white and rigid. They weigh around 39 kilograms or 86 pounds. They are 1.3 meters tall with a Medium Fast leveling rate.

They are very powerful swimmers. They can swim against the river’s currents and waterfalls. They grow faster and more vibrant in the autumn spawning season. They travel upriver, and male Seakings dance to court females.

Female Seakings choose the one which has the most graceful dance. They use their power horns to make holes in boulders. They use these holes to shelter their eggs from water currents. Parent Seakings take turns patrolling around their nest for a month after laying eggs and defending their nest with their life.

Waterfall used to be Seaking’s signature move. Some trainers are obsessed either with Seaking’s horns or their fins.
